When will I receive my refund?Updated 7 months ago

If you are waiting for a refund on a return, these are usually processed within 2-4 working days of receiving it back at our warehouse. You can track your return back to our warehouse using the tracking reference provided on your postal receipt, at Royal Mail tracking.

Once your return has been received & processed, you will receive notification of the refund via email. All refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used when placing your order. Refunds via card can take 2-4 working days to show on your account.
