Do you have offers available?

To use a discount code, enter the code in the 'Apply a discount code' box at the bottom of the cart. If your order meets the criteria needed to claim the discount, your code will be accepted, and your order total adjusted. If your discount code does not work, please contact our customer care team who will be happy to assist you.

Yes, you can try many of our products before you buy and our trial-size sachets can be purchased here.

Do you offer trial-size products?

We declare all our ingredients on our product pages. Simply click on the ingredients tab to reveal a list of ingredients used in the formula.

Where can I see your ingredients lists?

A full list of our UK and international delivery charges can be viewed here.  
 
Our UK standard delivery service is free when you spend £35 or more. No discount code is needed, and free delivery will automatically apply once you meet this spending threshold.
 
We also offer a next-day Priority Dispatch delivery service which is charged at £6.99. Priority Despatch orders placed after 12 pm will leave our warehouse the following working day. If you place your order between 12 pm Friday - Sunday, it will be despatched on the following Monday (excl bank holidays).

Where can I find your delivery charges?

You can earn points for every purchase that you make whilst logged into your account.
 
Loyalty points can be converted into shopping vouchers or used to claim free products. To claim your voucher, log into your account and use the points slider to exchange your points for a voucher. A voucher code will then be displayed, copy and paste this into the box provided at checkout.
