My points have been removed but I have not used my voucher.Updated 7 months ago
If you have already converted your points to a Gift Voucher and need to relocate your gift voucher code, please follow the below instructions:
- Log into your account
- Select ‘My Rewards’
- Select ‘Rewards History' - your list of rewards will be listed.
- Copy the code of the relevant reward you wish to redeem & paste it into the 'Discount code or gift card' box during checkout.
- Select Apply.
