To cancel your product subscription, <a href="https://www.greenpeople.co.uk/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount">log in to your account</a>, go to &#x2018;Subscriptions&#x2019;, under the relevant product select &#x2018;More&#x2019;, then &apos;Cancel&apos;, select the reason for the cancellation, then &apos;Proceed&apos;.Please note, that this will cancel future subscriptions and not a subscription order already placed. To cancel your product subscription, log in to your account, go to ‘Manage my subscriptions’, under the relevant product select ‘Manage this subscription’, and then select ‘Cancel Subscription’.
Please note, this will cancel future subscriptions and not a subscription order already placed. If you need to cancel a subscription which has already been placed, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.
