My tracking shows delivered but I’ve not received it.Updated 2 months ago
If your tracking is showing as delivered but you have not received it, please make the following checks:
- Has your parcel been left in a safe place, with a neighbour or taken in by another resident at the property? The tracking usually shows an image and GPS information of where your parcel was left.
- Check the delivery address provided is correct. This can be located on your order correspondence emails or on your accounts order history.
